Capela
de São Lázaro
The origin of this chapel began with an image of the Santo sculpted in wood by an artist called Cassio M'Boy in 1920.
The São lazaro de Cassio M'Boy as now called, began to attack a great number of devoted villagers in 1934. The villagers then decide to build a chapel for the image and their devoted people.
In 1969 the chapel was re-stored to almost its original design.
